How to use

- Diffuse: Add 5–8 drops to your diffuser with water
- Direct inhale:
Inhale straight from the bottle or from a scent pad - Bath soak: Mix 5–8 drops with a carrier oil or lotion, then add to bath water
- Foot soak: Add a few drops to warm water for a relaxing reset
- Pillow ritual: Add 1–2 drops to a cotton pad near your pillow
- Massage oil: Dilute 5 drops in 10ml of a carrier oil (like almond or jojoba) for a relaxing massage
- Scent pads: Add a few drops to a cotton pad and place it in a drawer, bag, or car to subtly scent small spaces and create a calming atmosphere on the go.
